Daily Slots Tournament



Terms and Conditions 

1. Slots Tournaments will be held at 5pm daily, from Monday 13th October 2025 to Sunday 30th November 2025. 

2. Places in each tournament are strictly on a first come first serve basis. 

3. Bally Casino reserve the right to adjust the number of entries according to demand. 

4. Seat allocation at tournaments will be determined at the point of registration and at the discretion of Bally Casino’s management and Tournament Host, in accordance with the level of demand. 

Conditions of Entry 

5. This promotion is open to all Bally Casino Newcastle members aged 18 years or over except employees of Bally Casino and their families, agents or agencies and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion who are all precluded from participation. 

6. All entrants may view the tournament terms and conditions prior to the commencement of a tournament and all entrants must abide by the terms and conditions or risk disqualification. 

7. The Management reserve the right to refuse any pre-registration request for entry into a tournament and participation of any nominated substitute in any tournament. 

How to Enter 

8. Players may enter each tournament by registering at the Slots Desk. 

9. Registration for each tournament starts at 4pm and closes at 4.55pm. 

Cost of Entry 

10. Tournaments are free to enter. 

11. One entry per person, per tournament only. 

Prizes 

- 1st Place - £50 cash 

- 2nd Place - £30 cash 

- 3rd Place - £20 cash 

Prize Conditions 

12. Prizes will be paid out via cash desk. 

13. Prizes are non-transferable. 

Tournament Session Format 

14. The Casino Operator will determine the allocation of players within each tournament. 

15. For both the qualifying tournaments and tournament final, each participating player will start with 0 credits (points) and will accrue credits during their turn. Tournament credits carry no cash value and are solely for the purpose of the tournament. 

16. Each player session lasts for 3 minutes. 

17. Number of slot machines available within each tournament = maximum 4.

18. Maximum daily participants = 40. 

19. In the event that a feature is activated prior to the end of the tournament session, then the feature will be played out in its entirety and any points earned will count towards the player’s final total. 

20. In the event of a tournament machine malfunction, the game for that player will become void. If the malfunction of the machine can be resolved, then the effected player may re – enter. If the malfunction of the machine cannot be resolved, the tournament cannot continue and all scores for that session will be void. Players will be able to re – enter the next available tournament. 

21. After each players session the players remaining credit score will be recorded by the Tournament Host. 

22. The participants who achieve the highest 3 scores (final amount in credit, rules in ‘Tie Break’ Section applies) at the end of the tournament shall be declared the winners and win the prizes stated above. 

Tie Break 

23. For Tournaments in the event of a tie for one of the prize-winning positions a coin will be flipped to determine the winner. 

Conduct of Play 

24. The Duty Manager may disqualify any player who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or whose behaviour is assessed as being detrimental to the integrity or the proper conduct of the tournament, including but not limiting to the following examples: i. Abuse of casino employees, either verbally or physically. ii. Abuse of entrants, either verbally or physically. 

25. Where a player does not take an allotted seat at the specified times as nominated by the tournament host/duty Manager then the player shall forfeit his/her place in the tournament. 

26. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the Duty Manager. 

27. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Duty Manager will be final subject to the Dispute Policy. 

28. “Promoter” means Bally’s (Newcastle) Limited, Colegrave House, 70 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NL, United Kingdom.  

29. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time and without notice. If we do so, any promotions for which you have entered in will still be valid in accordance with the terms and conditions that applied at the time, or we will take such other measures as may reasonably be required to ensure that you are not otherwise disadvantaged. 

30. If you fail to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions or the Casino Rules, we may terminate your participation in this promotion, and you will not be eligible to receive any prize. 

31. Any member who is barred, suspended or excluded from Bally’s Casino Newcastle, or any member who is self-excluded, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion. Members who are barred, suspended or excluded, or who self-exclude, having met the qualifying criteria but before receiving their prize, will no longer be eligible to redeem any prize. 

32. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may, in compliance with all relevant regulations, exclude you from this promotion which may result in you no longer being eligible to redeem your prize.

34. For each winner, your surname and county may be published if we receive a request from an individual pursuant to rule 8.28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising & Direct and Promotional Marketing. If you object to information about you being published or made available in this manner, please inform us by contacting the Casino management team. In such circumstances, we are still required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
