1. Open to Bally’s Rewards members, being 18 years or over.

2. Promotion starts Sunday 15^th March 2026 at 9am.

3. Promotion ends on Sunday 31^st May 2026 at 12pm.

4. Promotion is available every day between 9am and 12pm during the dates stated above.

5. Daily match play offer available at Bally’s Casino Newcastle.

6. Guests can redeem the exchange of £5 at the Cash Desk between the times and dates detailed above. Once redeemed, guests will receive a £10 match play ticket.

7. Customers can only redeem the offer once daily.

8. The offer cannot be redeemed as cash. If the full promo ticket is not played, a guest will have 60 days to use the ticket.

9. Coffee/tea & cakes will be distributed to individuals who are playing slot machines between 9am-12pm during the date range detailed above.

10. This voucher cannot be transferred to another individual.

11. Voucher not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

12. Bally’s Casino accepts no responsibility for any: damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind endured by any entrant entering the promotion.

13. Any disputes must be raised with a member of The Bally’s Management team.

14. Management’s decision is final.

15. Events may occur that render the match play vouchers or food and drink supply impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Bally’s.

18. Any guest who is barred or excluded from Bally’s premises will not be eligible to redeem the offer

If we do so, any promotions for which you have entered in will still be valid in accordance with the terms and conditions that applied at the time, or we will take such other measures as may reasonably be required to ensure that you are not otherwise disadvantaged.

21. If you fail to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions or the Casino Rules, we may terminate your participation in this promotion.

22. Any member who is barred, suspended or excluded from Bally’s Casino Newcastle, or any member who is self-excluded, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
