3. The promotional period will commence at 12pm, Wednesday 30th July 2025 and end at 4am on Thursday 18th September 2025.  

4. The offer is only Valid between midday & 4am on Wednesdays during the above dates.  

4.  Guests can exchange £20 at the Cash Desk and receive a £40 slots ticket between the times and dates detailed above.  

5. This promotion is only valid during the specific times and dates stated above 

6. Customers can only redeem the offer once per visit, per day.  

7. The offer cannot be redeemed for cash.  If the full promo ticket is not played, a guest will have 60 days to use the ticket.   

 8. The promotional period may be extended or reduced at management discretion.  

 9. Bally’s reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, and the promotion may be revoked for any individual member at Bally’s Management discretion.  

 10. Any disputes must be raised with a member of The Bally’s Management team.  

 11. The promotion is not available to employees of Bally’s or anyone associated with the group or its employees.  

 12. Bally’s accepts no responsibility for any: Damage, loss, death or injury of any kind endured by the customer by way of redemption of the prize.   

 13. Any guest who is barred or excluded from Bally’s premises will not be eligible to redeem the offer.

15. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time and without notice. 16. If you fail to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions or the Casino Rules, we may terminate your participation in this promotion. 

17. Any member who is barred, suspended or excluded from Bally’s Casino Newcastle, or any member who is self-excluded, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
