Cash Games Friday High Hand Jackpot

Monday and Tuesday 11pm Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

1. Open to Bally Rewards members only, being 18 years or over.

2. Bally’s Newcastle Poker Rules will prevail over any situation not covered in these rules.

3. Texas Hold’em cash games £1-£1+ are eligible for this promotion.

4. The promotion is funded solely by the Promoter, with £200 added at the start of the promotion and a further £200 added every Friday until the jackpot has been won.

5. Once the JACKPOT has been won the prize-pool will reset to £200 and will restart the following Friday.

6. The promotional period is ongoing and will be live from 12pm Friday 00/00/00 until further notice.

7. A minimum of 4 players must be “dealt in” at the start of the hand for the High hand to be eligible.

8. Players must use BOTH “HOLE CARDS” to make a qualifying hand.

9. The required winning hand will start as any ROYAL FLUSH and if this requirement is not met, every Friday the required qualifying hand will drop by 1 hand ranking, until the requirement for that week is met. E.G Any Royal Flush (1st Friday), Any King High Straight Flush (2nd Friday) Any Queen High Straight Flush (3rd Friday).

10. The required JACKPOT hand for that week will be advertised in the Cardroom.

11. The Current qualified High hand will be advertised in the Cardroom.

12. CASH GAMES FRIDAY HIGH HAND JACKPOT will begin at the first shuffle / press of the button (tables with automatic shuffling machines) and will end with the last hand of the night.

13. The JACKPOT is live throughout the gaming day, any qualifying hand will be recorded, whomever ends the day with the best qualifying hand will win the jackpot.

14. The player with the highest hand will receive 100% of the total JACKPOT.

15. In the event of 2 or more players have the same winning high hand at the end of the gaming day, the JACKPOT will be equally shared between the players with the same winning hand.

16. Suites DO NOT COUNT to define the winning HIGH HAND, all suites (Hearts, Clubs, Diamond and Spades) are of same value.

17. The winning hand will be reviewed by the Management team and the decision will be confirmed within 48 hours with distribution of winnings to occur following management confirmation.

18. All winnings from the JACKPOT will be deposited onto the winning players Bally’s account, to collect at the cash desk.

19. Any discussion of hand(s) during play may void promotion entry and any payment at management discretion.

20. Any disputes must be raised with a member of the Bally’s Newcastle Management team.

21. Any player who is deemed to not be playing in the spirit of the game in order to manipulate results will be removed from the promotion.

22. The JACKPOT winner must bring with them valid photo ID or a Bally’s Reward membership card when collecting their cash prize.

23. Bally’s accepts no responsibility for any: Damage, loss, death or injury of any kind endured by the customer by way of redemption of the prize.

24. The promotion is not available to employees of Bally’s, or anyone associated with the group or its employees.

25. The promotional period may be extended or reduced at management discretion.

26. Bally’s reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, and the promotion may be revoked for any individual member at Bally’s Newcastle Management discretion, without prejudice to those who have already participated.

27. If you fail to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions or the Casino Rules, we may terminate your participation in this promotion.

28. Any member who is barred, suspended or excluded from Bally’s Casino Newcastle, or any member who is self-excluded, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

29. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may, in compliance with all relevant regulations, exclude you from this promotion.
