Monday and Tuesday 11pm Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

1. Open to Bally Rewards only (free to join for all those aged 18 or over with photographic ID). 

2. Entry into prize draw is free.  No purchase necessary.

3. Promotion starts Monday 15th September 2025.

4. Promotion ends Tuesday 25th November 2025.

5. Guests can collect entry tickets daily throughout the promotional period, entry tickets can be collected from Cash desk.

6. Tickets will be issued as 1 entry ticket per person, per day. 

7. Prize Draws will take place at 11pm on Monday & Tuesday evenings. 

8. Prize Draw tickets are available until 10:45pm on Monday & Tuesday evenings.

9. Prize Draw entries will be accepted into the prize draw drum until 10:55pm on Monday & Tuesday night. 

10. Participants need to be present to claim their prize.

11. 8 Unique winning tickets will be picked at random from the Prize Draw Drum each night.

12. Unless stated otherwise, the winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries received on the day of the draw.

13. Each winner will be given 30 seconds to claim their prize from announcement.

14. Total cash prizes per evening £300.

15. Cash prizes split each hour are: 1 x £100, 2 x £50, 5x £20.

16. Guests participating in the free draw must be a valid Bally’s rewards Member, IE any member that is suspended may not participate in the promotion.

17. Any prizes won cannot be transferred to another individual.

18. This promotion is open to all Bally Casino Newcastle members aged 18 years or over except employees of Bally Casino and their families, agents or agencies and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion who are all precluded from participation.

19. All entrants may view the terms and conditions prior to the commencement of the prize draw and all entrants must abide by the terms and conditions or risk disqualification. 

20. The free prize draw entry tickets will be retained by Bally’s once entered into the draw.

21. Management’s decision is final. 

22. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the Duty Manager. 

23. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Duty Manager will be final subject to the Dispute Policy. 

24. “Promoter” means Bally’s (Newcastle) Limited, Colegrave House, 70 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NL, United Kingdon.  

25. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time and without notice. If we do so, any promotions for which you have entered in will still be valid in accordance with the terms and conditions that applied at the time, or we will take such other measures as may reasonably be required to ensure that you are not otherwise disadvantaged. 

26. If you fail to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions or the Casino Rules, we may terminate your participation in this promotion, and you will not be eligible to receive any prize. 

27. Any member who is barred, suspended or excluded from Bally’s Casino Newcastle, or any member who is self-excluded, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion. Members who are barred, suspended or excluded, or who self-exclude, having met the qualifying criteria but before receiving their prize, will no longer be eligible to redeem any prize. 

28. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may, in compliance with all relevant regulations, exclude you from this promotion which may result in you no longer being eligible to redeem your prize.

30. For each winner, your surname and county may be published if we receive a request from an individual pursuant to rule 8.28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising & Direct and Promotional Marketing. If you object to information about you being published or made available in this manner, please inform us by contacting the Casino management team. In such circumstances, we are still required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
