Bally Rewards Launch 2025 Free Draw Terms and Conditions

1. You must be a Bally Rewards member to participate in this promotion.  

2. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion. 

3. By opting to participate, you agree for the duration of this promotion to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, which are subject to and incorporate the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.ballysnewcastle.co.uk/terms#bally-rewards) and to comply with the Casino Rules (found at https://www.ballysnewcastle.co.uk/terms#casino-rules). 

4. This promotion is available at Bally’s Casino Newcastle only (the “Casino”).  

5. Members may enter the prize draw at the Casino between 12pm on Monday 14th July, and 10:45pm on Sunday 10th August (the “Promotional Period”).  

6. Upon receipt of a new Bally Rewards Card, each member may submit their old Aspers World loyalty card or temporary Bally Rewards Card as their entry into the prize draw. Entry is free and in the name of the Bally Rewards member, as stated on their Aspers World loyalty card or Bally Rewards card. One entry per member only.  

7. Members who have lost or discarded their expired Aspers World loyalty card will receive a temporary Bally Rewards B Card to use as entry into the prize draw. 

8. You can win a maximum of one (1) prize. Entry and prizes are non-transferable. 

9. To participate in the prize draw, members must insert their expired Aspers World loyalty card or temporary Bally Rewards card into the Prize Draw Drum located in the Casino by 10:45pm on Sunday 10th August. 

10. The prize draw will take place at 11:00pm on Sunday 10th August in the Casino.  

11. Fifteen (15) winning cards will be randomly selected from the Prize Draw Drum. Winners must be present and show their Bally Rewards card when their names are announced in the Casino to claim their prize.  

12. Winners will have thirty (30) seconds to claim their prize after the announcement and should follow any verbal instructions. If a winner does not claim the prize within this time, they forfeit the prize, and a new card will be drawn. This process continues until all fifteen (15) prizes are claimed. 

13. Winners who claimed their prize will be presented with up to fifteen (15) closed envelopes, each containing different undisclosed amounts of Bally Rewards points, totaling 30,000 points. The prizes are distributed as follows:

  • One (1) envelope: 10,000 points

  • Four (4) envelopes: 2,500 points each 

  • Ten (10) envelopes: 1,000 points each.

14. Each winner will have the option to select one (1) envelope. The envelope selection will be done in the order in which the winners’ names were drawn. Any envelope selected by a previous winner will no longer be available for the following winners. 

15. “Promoter” means Bally’s (Newcastle) Limited, Colegrave House, 70 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NL, United Kingdom.  

16. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time and without notice. If we do so, any promotions for which you have entered in will still be valid in accordance with the terms and conditions that applied at the time, or we will take such other measures as may reasonably be required to ensure that you are not otherwise disadvantaged. 

17. If you fail to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions or the Casino Rules, we may terminate your participation in this promotion, and you will not be eligible to receive any prize. 

18. Any member who is barred, suspended or excluded from Bally’s Casino Newcastle, or any member who is self-excluded, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion. Members who are barred, suspended or excluded, or who self-exclude, having met the qualifying criteria but before receiving their prize, will no longer be eligible to redeem any prize. 

19. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may, in compliance with all relevant regulations, exclude you from this promotion which may result in you no longer being eligible to redeem your prize.

21. For each winner, your surname and county may be published if we receive a request from an individual pursuant to rule 8.28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising & Direct and Promotional Marketing. If you object to information about you being published or made available in this manner, please inform us by contacting the Casino management team. In such circumstances, we are still required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
